Feldenkrais is experiential learning, so the best way to get a sense of what it's like is to try it out!
​Here is a mini sample (under 10mins) of the sort of movement explorations you investigate in Awareness Through Movement.

​You'll need somewhere that you can lie down to do the movements
​and there will be space in the audio for you to explore each instruction a couple of times. Enjoy.

You can try out a class in person or book in an individual session to experience more.


Feldenkrais put me in a deeper state of calm and relaxation than I'd previously been able to access before. I like it more and more - each class is so different. I feel very present and connected in my body as a congruent whole, rather than off in my thoughts.
