Once upon a time, I’d 'burn the candle at both ends' ....My fatigue would show up as pain between my shoulder blades but I didn’t realize that it didn’t have to be that way; I didn’t realize that I was operating on adrenaline all the time. If that’s the only reality you know, how could you realize there’s another way?
Tension’s default is tightening. The art of self-care is essential in order to decompress. Inner equilibrium comes from learning how to slow down, to listen to your body, to pace yourself accordingly and simplify situations; to move in tune with yourself.
