Getting 'Ribbed' - at the 2018 Sydney Fringe Festival!

​Some go to the gym to get ‘ripped’....
But when your build becomes block-like or you feel more stiff than supple it’s time to get ‘ribbed’ instead.
We’re bringing bendy back in this non-gym Feldenkrais workout session
to find the flex and bend in your body that you didn’t know you had!
